Vesak Lantern

“Around 12 feet high rotational decorative free standing vesak lantern which is going to display for the third time since 2022. The lantern will have many small lanterns joined to the main one which rotate with the arms of the main lantern. Fully electrical, it operates with changing light bulbs via circuits.

It is culturally celebrated by Sri Lankan every year to remember the Buddha's birthday, Enlighten and death.

This is one of the main cultural events celebrated by Sri Lankans, other than the Sri Lankan New year back home. As a community this was good for the young generation as they missed participating in these events which take place in Sri Lanka.” Nilantha Manjula
