Chin Women’s Gathering

‘Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the event and had a wonderful time. Approximately 35 to 40 women attended, including the esteemed Labour MP, Rachel Boyack. The women expressed their sincere appreciation for the event, as it provided them with an opportunity to express their feelings regarding the ongoing strife in Myanmar and engage in some much-needed enjoyment, which has been hard for them lately. They participated in some fun games, such as balloon & cup games. They were particularly grateful for Rachel Boyack's empathetic understanding of their experiences as women and as family members of those suffering in Myanmar. Overall, the event concluded with the women feeling less burdened and more supported. They wanted to know when the next event was!’
