If we look at it in the same way, there is always some kind of atmosphere in some kind of festival or the other. Is one of them. Diwali, the festival of lights, is celebrated with great pomp not only in the country but also abroad. There are many stories behind celebrating Diwali and Deep Utsav. We tell you five of those stories which are universally accepted.
